Kaylan:

Welcome Aaron to What's the Startup.

Aaron:

Welcome.

Kaylan:

What's the startup with you? What's going on? What's your passion?

Aaron:

So Aaron Goodman, I own a marketing agency called Omada Marketing, which is Greek for one team, extraordinary results.

Kaylan:

I was wondering what, where that name came from.

Aaron:

Yeah. And, I'm just truly passionate about coming alongside a business owner, especially owners that are overwhelmed. They're tired, they're not sure where to start when it comes to business, or they're really good at doing their craft, but maybe they don't know how to navigate, you know. marketing and AI and conversions and sales and all that kind of stuff. And so, I kind of relate it back to, what got me into entrepreneurship was when I was 20, I started airbrushing t shirts. And so I would go to these different festivals and soccer tournaments and I would set up a booth and airbrush shirts. And I just absolutely loved it when I'd paint that little girl's shirt and I give it to her and I see her eyes just light up.

Kaylan:

So cool. So you're an artist.

Aaron:

Yeah.

Kaylan:

I didn't know that. Do you still paint and create? I

Aaron:

don't, but I'm about to. I still have my setup and all that. I'm about to get going on it again. That's

Kaylan:

so cool.

Aaron:

Because I want to do videos where I paint and then overlay my voice talking about marketing and that kind of stuff. But that, that reaction that that kid had is the same reaction. I love giving a business owner a fresh looking website that's bringing more traffic in and like, Creating systems for them that allow them to be bigger than they actually are and like just you know Things working in the background that they don't have to mess with that they used to and it would stress them out Being able to see the life back in the eyes of a business owner after you know working with them for a short bit

Kaylan:

Yeah, it expands their capacity for clients, too So they can go back to doing what they love and not have to figure out all the nitty gritty You Marketing details that we love. Yeah, that's right. Yeah. So tell us about how AI is reshaping the digital marketing landscape.

Aaron:

Yeah, yeah, I can be scary. Yeah, right It can be challenging and I think it's it's one of those things if if we if a business owner Doesn't try to leverage it or learn it. You know, there's a very strong chance of being left behind

Kaylan:

Yeah,

Aaron:

and I think the opportunity is to Allow AI like at least learn the basics of AI and learn how it could be your best friend It can be your travel agent. It can help you cook Meals when you're super busy and you don't know what recipe to use it can I've even used AI to help somebody go on vacation as a travel agent and I told it, they like to hike, they like to, eat food, they like historic related things, and it built this beautiful, you know, ten point, checklist of like where to go and that kind of stuff. Feels so

Kaylan:

fun.

Aaron:

Yeah, and you've, you've got a couple examples of those too. Oh yeah. Right?

Kaylan:

Yeah, especially with kids. So like, I would say, I'm going to Kansas City, we gotta stop every two hours. Where? Cause we've got kids. Yeah. So where can we stop that's family friendly, right next to the highway. I use it for baking. I'll say, I want a gooey pumpkin bread, and it'll spit it out, and I'll just say, oh, I don't have brown sugar. It'll reconfigure that really quick. Yeah.

Aaron:

I see a lot of people, even myself sometimes, getting stressed or, like, man, I've got writer's block, I don't know what to say. Like literally use ChatGPT as your assistant for everything.

Kaylan:

Yeah.

Aaron:

And maybe you don't use every single thing it says, but maybe it spurs an idea in your head that you can tweak and modify, or maybe it gives you some really good content that you could just

Kaylan:

say, hey, I've got writer's block. Help me get out of it. And it'll come up with the prompt after a while to get to know you.

Aaron:

So it'll

Kaylan:

know what makes you click.

Aaron:

Yeah. I mean, you can train it to understand who you are, what your tonality is, what your brand mission vision is. of you personally or even just your business, but you can tell it. I want you to talk to me in a sassy,

Kaylan:

excited

Aaron:

way. And like, it's talking, it's creating fun in your personal life, but also business.

Kaylan:

Yeah.

Aaron:

You know that you can, I think there's so much opportunity to leverage these tools and do so much more with less

Kaylan:

help you hack yourself kind of. Yeah.

Aaron:

Because in a, in business world and, yeah, and I guess in operations, like you have to, especially as a, like, individual business owner, you're doing so much. You've got to do invoicing. You've got to do support. You've got to do prospecting. You've got to do all the, you know, order fulfillment and, you know, have a life as well.

Kaylan:

Yeah.

Aaron:

And so I don't know. It just feels like a breath of fresh air of like, this is going to work.

Kaylan:

And

Aaron:

AI is the best option. Backbone of that

Kaylan:

literally when something that used to take you like four hours now takes you 20 minutes Wow, it's life changing. Yeah life changing So how can small business owners start to use AI? Especially when it comes to their digital marketing, lead generation, getting new customers, and making them feel seen and loved and appreciated.

Aaron:

Yeah, that's a really good question. I think there's free and paid options in there. And I think the free version of that would be to train, you go into chat to UPT, Create your own GPT and basically train it on your business, train it on the mission, vision of your business, train it on the web pages on every single page. So it understands the breadth of, you know, what you do as a business and, understands the tonality of you, but then also tell it who your ideal customers are. And so now you can, Basically, you go into that same thread and chat GPT and it remembers all that. It has instant recollection on everything you trained it with, but you can also train it with your competition. You can train it to understand who your top three competitors are, and now you can really use it to leverage like, Hey, how do I outrank this, this company on SEO? Or maybe how did I do something a little bit different, just to kind of get ideas and that kind of stuff. I think there's a really good opportunity to really create a nice, tailored customer journey that wows the customer from the start and has touch points throughout the buying journey or that customer journey using digital marketing, automation, and AI.

Kaylan:

There's so much in there that I want to unpack, so I'll start at the beginning. What does it look like to train a GPT on all these different parts of your business. Like, practically, how do you know you're training it?

Aaron:

You can actually ask ChatGPT, like, hey, I want to you up so you can help me as a virtual assistant, a receptionist, a SEO expert, you tell ChatGPT what you want assistance in. So it's got to understand the context. And the more specific you are with ChatGPT, the better answer it's going to give.

Kaylan:

I don't think I ever start, I don't think I ever jump into a GPT channel without telling it to ask me questions. Yeah. Especially when I'm creating like a marketing plan or a campaign for something. Ask me all the questions you need to until you feel like you can set yourself up for success. Then it will just like dump all these questions out and I mean, no, no, no, no. Ask me one by one it really takes it to the next level.

Aaron:

I think it likes positive feedback to like if you like it, if you like the response, like, man, that was awesome. And then you'll be like, heck yeah, let's go.

Kaylan:

Yeah. I'm like, you're killing it. Keep going. You're the best. So that when AI takes over the world, it remembers me. That's right. Because she was the nice one.

Aaron:

Yeah. But you can have it call you certain things. You can, you know, I like to, I've got an AI virtual assistant that I've created and her name is Alice. But she's very empathetic. She's nice. Alice is a rock star.

Kaylan:

She's the MVP every day. She is. She

Aaron:

is. You can call her right now on my phone and she'll answer.

Kaylan:

You can call her?

Aaron:

Yeah.

Kaylan:

What does that look like? She's

Aaron:

a voice AI. What does that mean?

Kaylan:

What

Aaron:

does

Kaylan:

that mean? You can call her.

Aaron:

Do you want to call her?

Kaylan:

Yeah, let's call her. Let's call her right now. I want to talk to Alice.

Aaron:

Alright, let's do this. Um, so you're going to call me.

Kaylan:

Okay. I'm going to go get somebody's phone. Okay. We're going to call Alice. Can I borrow someone's phone? Yeah. Uh, we're gonna call his GPT receptionist. Okay, You

Aaron:

found a candidate?

Kaylan:

Yes, this is Maggie's phone.

Aaron:

Oh, that's funny. So it's 270

Kaylan:

And I'll edit this part out so people don't have your number. Oh, that's fine. Unless you want people to have your number.

Aaron:

Yeah, you can call It's my business phone. 270

Kaylan:

518 518

Aaron:

9952 so it's calling me here. I could be a busy business owner and miss this call, but Alice is going to pick it up.

Alice:

Hey, you have reached Alice. I am Erin's virtual assistant with Omada Marketing. How can I help you today?

Kaylan:

Hey Alice, I'm new to marketing, especially digital marketing. How can Omada help me?

Alice:

We aim to make it all hands off for you so you can focus on what you love. What's the biggest challenge you're facing in your business right now?

Kaylan:

Um, can you just tell Aaron that he's awesome?

Alice:

I'll be sure to pass on the message that you think Aaron is awesome. Anything else I can help you with today?

Kaylan:

That's it. Thanks, Alice.

Alice:

You're welcome. Thanks for reaching out and have a fantastic day.

Kaylan:

You too. What?

Aaron:

Isn't that cool?

Kaylan:

That's awesome.

Aaron:

Yeah. So there's so much you can do with that.

Kaylan:

Wow. So, I'm thinking just there, there's so much opportunity for people to love on their clients. Or their, like nurture their leads.

Aaron:

Yeah, I mean there's, you know, especially with a, you've got a plumber, a HVAC guy, a realtor, somebody that's really trying to be intentional with the in person, and the phone's ringing off the hook, like, that could be the first line of defense, and then it, even if it was urgent, if you said, I want to speak to Aaron, it would have actually transferred to me.

Kaylan:

Oh, okay. You know,

Aaron:

but you can train it with different things, like the Google reviews that send it to you. Okay. Uh, there's other things too that it can send as well, but then this is a, um, a full transcript.

Kaylan:

Oh, it texted that to you. Yeah,

Aaron:

so it basically gives you a full transcript. And so now, if it would have, you know, sent you a booking link, if you had asked to book a call, it would have sent you my booking calendar. And so then, I'm really aware of everything that you want to talk about, and so now I'm more informed before our meeting. Okay.

Kaylan:

Wow. Yeah, you can plug that in that transcript into chat TPT and say, what do I, um, what's the best way to talk to this customer or like, what are their top three needs that you think I need to really address during this discovery call? Wow. Okay. Tell me more.

Aaron:

That's one aspect of it. And I've talked to some businesses that were semi skeptical about it and we've talked about it being maybe at least starting out with it being an answering service after hours. And so now you've got support literally 24 seven. It's trained on everything within your business, the context of your website, your hours, Expertise, services, all that kind of stuff. But then the more people I've talked to about it, they actually said, Hey, let that be the first line of defense for somebody. And then it can transfer to the doctor or, you know, the owner, whatever that might be.

Kaylan:

What are more examples of ways, I feel like this can help us be more intentional in customer service and creating a customer journey, like you said, with all these intentional touch points. This is one of the first ones that they'll encounter. What are some follow up touch points that can really make their customer journey feel more human, more personable?

Aaron:

One that I really like is a voicemail drop. Have you heard of that? Okay, tell me

Kaylan:

more. No. So,

Aaron:

a voicemail drop is where I basically upload a recording of me saying, Hey, thank you. This is Aaron with Omada marketing. I just wanted to say thank you for being my customer this year. It's been truly a pleasure to serve and work alongside you and see your business grow. Have a great holiday season with your family. And so you record that and then you can drop it to a customer one at a time or even a bunch at a time.

Kaylan:

So it'll go to their voicemail? It goes to

Aaron:

their voicemail inbox. It calls them one time, you can't even answer the call. And then it just puts it in their inbox. So we're seeing doctors use that, like, after a procedure. Like, hey, just checking in, making sure everything's okay. If you're experiencing any pain or whatever, let us know. Give us a call at this number. Or even before the visit, Hey, I noticed you're on schedule to come in tomorrow. We just want to say we're looking forward to seeing you. You know, seeing you and it's the doctor's voice. And so it's, it's, you know, when would a doctor have time to, to call? And so that's just an intentional.

Kaylan:

Yeah.

Aaron:

But you can kind of map out like, what are the touch points that

Kaylan:

a

Aaron:

business would have with their customer? And like, how can we touch them in a digital way with empathetic, potential AI aspects that would create a nice journey?

Kaylan:

Yeah. If you're doing this all yourself, You're stretching yourself thin. You're probably dropping balls. And so you probably are not being as intentional as you would hope you would be. And so this is a way to make sure that no customer gets left behind and you're creating more time and space to have somewhat of a work life balance.

Aaron:

Yeah, absolutely.

Kaylan:

Cause if this, if Alice takes your calls after hours, you don't have to do that. You can be spending time with your kids.

Aaron:

Yeah, absolutely. And it's not perfect, but she sounded pretty good.

Kaylan:

She sounded pretty good. And you can even say like, I'm an AI virtual assistant. If you want, you know, want to be more upfront with that. And I think people nowadays kind of know, they know that they're going to get.

Aaron:

Yeah. I mean, I'm seeing a lot of Benefit to an employer or to I'm seeing a lot of benefit to a business by employing a AI chatbot on their website Because it's trained basically the same way you train Alice.

Kaylan:

Yeah,

Aaron:

she is also Supporting the website questions, and it's she's really a guide

Kaylan:

Because

Aaron:

she's an expert now on the business and anything else that you train it with you can even train Alice with a word document and a Google drive. So imagine like throwing a bunch of documents, Q and a documents in a Google drive and now she's an expert at all those in the folder. So she's on the website, lives there 24 seven, one o'clock in the morning. Somebody comes on the website is able to communicate with her and ask questions. She can guide them to the right page. Um, she also asked contact details. So now it's turning it into converting it into a lead. So now you can follow up with that person.

Kaylan:

So that it removes gaps of waiting. So instead of like sending in a booking request and then waiting to get an email back and then waiting the next day after you respond, like it takes that customer journey and it makes it super short, which sounds really efficient.

Aaron:

Well, we're in a microwave mentality, right? We want stuff instantly. People get frustrated when they don't. So if you can deliver the answer quicker, you know, and, one of the other pieces that's really cool is, Alice can also book appointments. And so if you're doing your online calendar with Alice, she knows all your availability. And so you can just say, Hey, do you have anything available Thursday? And it's able to completely handle the book again.

Kaylan:

That's so cool. So you mentioned you can start employing AI at different touch points. How can a business owner who's never done this before, maybe even is new to the concept of crafting a customer journey, how do they start mapping it out and understanding what their customer journey looks like?

Aaron:

It just starts with like, what's the first problem that your business solves? And I would say that first problem that a business solves needs to be a lead magnet on a website. And maybe that too is too technical but I don't know. I just like to draw a line. Like, okay, what's the first problem that my business solves? And then what's the next problem after I fixed the first problem and just kind of go on from there.

Kaylan:

And

Aaron:

then you can kind of see, okay, how can I create Empathetic humanistic touch points. Maybe I use a little AI and automation, but how can I really do something different than the competition in a digital way?

Kaylan:

How does this, how can you use a I to help understand your customers even better before they come to you, knowing what their problems are, what they're looking for? How can you use AI to understand them, get inside their heads a little bit?

Aaron:

I think I would go back to that GPT and say, Hey, these are my ideal clients, and I'd like to get to know them a little bit better. Can you help me understand their top five problems or challenges that they run into? How would you do that?

Kaylan:

So one thing that I've done as a copywriter, I spend most of my time in research mode and audience research. So whenever I had a new client, I would do customer interviews and customer surveys. And I'd take all that data and I'd put it into a GPT. And then I would say, develop a customer avatar like simmer this all down into an ideal client and then I'd have it assume that role. Okay, become this client. I'm going to ask you some questions. And then I would say, like, what keeps you up at night? What's your biggest fear? If you don't get this solved, what are you afraid is going to happen? I think you can start getting into their heads. And it's not perfect, but it gives you a really solid jumping off point for your messaging. I like it. Yeah. And then you can twist it back around. Like, okay, now pretend you're my brand and I'm this ideal client. Yes. Now I'm going to ask you questions and you can even, okay. You're the ideal client. I'm your friend. Now I'm asking you about this company. What do you say? Yeah, you can get crazy with it. I love it.

Aaron:

I like comparing it to Walt Disney. Like, Walt was all about the experience, right? And so, he even went to the extent of going to purchase a hot dog at the hot dog stand. And he walked and ate it like a normal person would. And he counted how many steps he would have. So, if you go to Disney World, you notice that 25 steps, there's a trash can.

Kaylan:

Oh, okay. It takes you 25 steps to eat a hot dog? Yeah. Wow. Yeah.

Aaron:

And so if you take that and flip it on its head to now, now we've got the chat GPT version of kind of what you just mentioned of being able to go and get into our client's head. Think through it from their perspective.

Kaylan:

What are some of your other favorite ways to use chat

Aaron:

GPT? I've kind of played around with the images just a little bit. Really? Yeah. It's not, it's not, it's a little wonky, but at the same time, um, I like Gary Vee. Yeah. And he's kind of like me. Like he doesn't strive for perfection.

Kaylan:

Yeah.

Aaron:

But I think it allows you to get an idea and then take that idea and either recreate it yourself or maybe, use text. It's not good at text. But as far as the image goes, it's created some pretty cool images for me.

Kaylan:

Yeah, I'll try. I used to try to make it create graphics and I don't even know where it was pulling the copy from. It was all wonky, but it was a good starting place. I was able to find something that I kind of liked and send it to my designer and say, I like where this is heading, but I need you to, uh, Put your flavor on it. Right, right. There's some other ways you like to use chat GPT, especially for businesses.

Aaron:

I think a big way would be creating social content.

Kaylan:

Yeah.

Aaron:

Like understanding like, Hey, here's my challenge that I'm working on. You're in the chat GPT, model that you've had trained already. And so like, Hey, help me create five social posts about X, Y, Z,

Kaylan:

and

Aaron:

they may not be perfect, but it. to kind of get you on to the next, next level and not overthink it.

Kaylan:

Anything that you typically put into prompts? So, for example, we talked about whenever we're jumping in on a project, we say, ask as many questions as you need to. I always tell it not to be yappy. Um, Be sparse with emojis. Is there anything else you like to tell it? I

Aaron:

tell it to not be salesy.

Kaylan:

Don't be salesy. Yeah,

Aaron:

because I know sometimes it seems like it's default to sales and unlock and empower. Yeah. So, I usually take that and then it gives me enough, it gives me 80 percent there. Yeah. And then I like to tailor it to how I like to talk. Yeah. Or how my customer likes to talk.

Kaylan:

Ooh, yeah. Talk in the voice of my, or use the language of my customer. Mm hmm. Talk in their language. that's always good, because then it uses actual words that they are using to describe their own problem. Mm hmm. Which is different than how we would describe it. Because we know their problem is actually this. But they don't know that, so they think it's something different. What are some of the biggest misconceptions you're finding that your clients or that business owners in general have about AI?

Aaron:

I don't know, it seems like a lot of people are scared that AI is going to take their job or it's going to take away from their unique aspect, but I think the unique aspect is you. That's you watching this video. It's the human. And if it can, empower you, to do more with less and, handles a lot of the different other aspects of business, it allows you to, allows you more authentic side to branch out. Yeah, it

Kaylan:

gives you so many more ways to be creative. Like I'm thinking about just that voicemail drop that you mentioned. Well, what if, I don't know, what if you got your team together and you sang a Christmas carol? Like, I don't know, that's kind of silly, but what are some creative ways that you and your team can show your clients that you care about them? It just feels like it opens more doors for you to have fun and be yourself. I think so, yeah. And showcase your brand. Yeah. Yeah, like how would your brand have fun if it were a person? Are there any upcoming trends or anything you see coming down the pike for AI that people need to not be afraid of when it comes, but like be excited about?

Aaron:

Something I've been playing around with a little bit is the cloning AI avatar. Yeah. Oh yeah,

Kaylan:

that one creeps me out a little bit. It's a little

Aaron:

creepy. I don't know that I necessarily like it all that much, but it's, I don't know, it's pretty close. Yeah. I think we're probably six months to a year, maybe, from that being really, really close.

Kaylan:

I feel like the voicemail drop and all the voice thing, I feel like that's pretty new.

Aaron:

I think that's pretty new, and then also voice calling is shortly around the corner as well, which I think is going to be crazy. I think the amount of spam that's about to go down with it will be unfortunate, but, I think that could be pretty cool as well if used in the right way.

Kaylan:

Yeah. So this is your way to put yourself above the competition. Don't be spammy, be unique, be yourself, because maybe that's going to be an identifier that you know, that you're interacting with a brand that you trust, because, You've interacted with it before and you know it feels and talks this way and feels familiar to you.

Aaron:

Yeah, I think if you can figure out how to leverage AI and automation and software to be more authentic and empathetic and intentional. How can we be more intentional and I think it could free you up to be more authentic? Actually for you up to actually have time to think about, Hey, how can I be super intentional about my customer journey?

Kaylan:

Yeah, we went to, this is kind of random, but we went to tour a coworking space in Lexington. They had a whole room that was just for thinking like you're not allowed to take any electronics into this room. It's got that craft paper you could pull down from the wall. It's got dry erase boards, it's got books. You could turn the lights off. It's just a place to go think. So maybe that's why, you know, AI can do while it's supporting you in all these smaller tasks, you're now freed up to think about more big picture strategy or just go find ways to be a human.

Aaron:

Yeah, I mean, back to the voice, like I, I see a big opportunity to kind of create a ai sales team, support team, receptionists. And so you can create an AI employee, basically, that's tailored and, you know, knowledgeable about its channel, and it passes off. To different ones based on, what the customer is calling about tell

Kaylan:

us more about what it's like to work with you. We need all these things for our business. How do we get it?

Aaron:

Yeah, I just love to sit down and do life with my customers. Um, it's not a, when I work with a client, it's not a set it and forget it. Like I, I get in the trench with you and with the business and really understand the problems. because you may understand the problems. two or three problems that you have now, but like by working together, I can probably identify other ones that I can help solve as well through, you know, various means. But, um, it's, I try to make it as hands off for my, my clients as possible.

Kaylan:

So they can do more of what they love.

Aaron:

Yeah. So they can be, they can focus on their patients, their, their business, or actually having family time, you know?

Kaylan:

And I like that concept of that. You mentioned the beginning, like AI helps them. Look bigger than they actually are but I think I was thinking about that and I think what it like kind of dwindles down to is You're giving your customer confidence in your brand that they're gonna get taken care of Because you're proving along the customer journey that you are taking care of them.

Aaron:

I think it's a big opportunity for businesses to be more profitable

Kaylan:

As well, that's it. That's nice.

Aaron:

Because back in the day, you'd have to hire multiple teams to be able to handle this. You would have learning curves. And so not the fixes everything, but it's there to empower and assist, and it can be trained very, very quickly. And it, it retains it all. I'll say one, one big challenge that I've seen with a lot of businesses is they're not necessarily leveraging the full capability of their Google business page. And so there's some easy ways to optimize a Google business page that don't necessarily. Involve AI, but you can use AI to make sure the description on your Google business page is, um, SEO optimized for ranking in your local area. Utilizing the updates area in a Google business page is important. Reviews are huge, and so using some digital marketing touchpoints with text message reminders like, Hey, I hope you had a great visit today. We'd love to have a review, but then, if you get the review, that's awesome. But actually replying to the review is even better. And that tells Google that, Hey, this business owner is, is relevant. They're keeping up, they're active. And that's where AI comes into play. Alice or AI chat bot can actually reply to reviews in the tone of the business owner.

Kaylan:

So

Aaron:

that way the business owner is not having to reply to every single review and that kind of stuff. But then we'll also take that review and we'll post it to social once a week. And so you're ushering the social proof. Of customers, you know, having a great experience.

Kaylan:

So we talked about a lot. The heart of this conversation, though, is be more human. Find ways. I think that's To utilize AI to allow your brand to build relationships with your people. But what are some, like maybe three steps that people need to take following today to get started using AI in their

Aaron:

business? I think the first thing would be to kind of map out piece of paper, marker, whatever, just the customer journey. What's that look like if I'm to come in as a customer into your business? And so that way you can understand what those touch points are. But then I would create a free account on chat GPT and just play around with it. There's plenty of YouTube videos out there on how to, you know, train, train and talk to chat GPT, but we've covered a lot of those today.

Kaylan:

Yeah.

Aaron:

Um, and then third piece is I would, you know, try to take the learnings from that and, you Is there ways that I can use, uh, digital software, websites, whatever, even if they're manual, how can I deliver those empathetic humanistic touchpoints to a client to make their experience great?

Kaylan:

And I will add after chat GPT and nail something, tell it to create a prompt for like encapsulating that. So if it nails your brand voice,

Aaron:

that's good.

Kaylan:

Write a prompt that I can use to remind you next time of how to talk exactly this way. And then I copy and paste, and I kind of use that every single time. Yeah,

Aaron:

that's good.

Kaylan:

Yeah, and then I say, okay, remember this prompt. When I say, write in the brand voice of Sprocket. And then it kind of memorizes that too. A little plug, a little thing that I'll leave for people.

Aaron:

I think maybe the third or fourth thing, whatever number we're on, is just to use it.

Kaylan:

Yeah.

Aaron:

Like, anytime you're coming to a roadblock, whether it's, whatever. If it's a challenge with profitability, or how to do accounting, or how to write content, like go to ChatGPT and just start using it.

Kaylan:

Yeah.

Aaron:

You know?

Kaylan:

Sadly, I don't Google things anymore.

Aaron:

Yeah.

Kaylan:

I only chat. I chat it.

Aaron:

Yeah. So instead of getting stressed out and overwhelmed, just use ChatGPT, or reach out to one of us, but, um, yeah, just start using it.

Kaylan:

So how can people get in touch with you? So you are on our mentor deck. So if anyone in the Sprocket community. If somebody wants to meet with you, they can do so by going to sprocketpaduca. com slash mentors. You can find Aaron. You can book a session with him on the house from Sprocket. And then for those who are ready to work with you, where can they find you?

Aaron:

I'm on Facebook under Omada Marketing. O M A D A. And also omadamarketing. ai is my website. Nice.

Kaylan:

Well, Thank you so much, Aaron, for spending some time with us today. Thank

Aaron:

you so much as well.
